In the PLUGINS window(File -> Plugins), click the cloud_download icon and paste in a version's URL. For the latest, use

Download a file below, then drag and drop the .js file into Blockbench. Make sure the name isn't edited!

Note all in the list below are for getting a specific version of the JavaJSON plugin. Unless you need this, prefer the links above.
All file installs will have to have the updater commented out, URLs work without modifications.
